Day 1 Cluj Napoca - Nucsoara Cirnic- Pick up from your hotel in Cluj Napoca and by train and bus we reach at Cirnic.

Day 4 Chalet Pietrele - Lake Galesu - Peak Papusa - Peak Peleaga - Lake Bucura - Chalet Gentiana - Chalet Pietrele

   Peleaga is the tallest peak from Retezat mountains(2509m).
   The altitudes of the points are as follows: Altitudes :Chalet Pietrele 1480m - Pond among fire trees 1710m - Lake Galesu 2040 m - Peak Papusa 2136 m - Peak Peleaga 2509 m .Travel distance : around 25 km Level difference :1100 m. Travel time :around 9 hours.

Day 5 Pietrele hut - Gentiana chalet - Bucura lake

   Lake Bucura is a glacier cirque lake, situated in the Retezat Mountains, in Romania. It is located south of the main ridge, at the base of Peleaga Peak, and at an altitude of about 2,040 m.
   It is the largest glacier lake in Romania, having an area of over 105,000 square metres. It is 550 m in length, 160 m in width on average, and 225 m maximum width, for a perimeter of 1,390 m. The maximum depth is 15.5 m, and the volume 625,000 m³.
   Travel time around 4 hours. Level difference : around 600m. Altitudes. Balea Lake 2041 m - Chalet Gentiana 1670 m

Day 6 Bucura Lake - Judele Peak - Zanoaga lake and retour.

Day 7 Bucura Lake - Pelegii meadow - Gura apelor lake.

   Dam Gura Apelor (Gura Apei) was built into the mountain, on the river Raul Mare, about 40 km from Hateg. It’s the largest rockfill dam in Europe.
   Dam construction began in 1975. His size is impressive: 168 m high, 225 million cubic meters of water in the reservoir, size of dam outperforms three times those of Cheops pyramid.
   On the Raul Mare river it was built a chain of 10 hydroelectric. Arrangement Raul Mare-Retezat has the role to produce electricity, as well as regulating stream flow and flood wave attenuation.
   The development of agro-tourism hotels and chalets makes the Gura Apelor Lake to be a recreational place, as they say, a "green" tourism.
   In the time spent on Gura Apelor Lake can practice horse riding (riding), hiking, cycling, fishing, or you can enjoy the nature in its splendor.

Day 8 Gura Apelor Lake - Ulpia Traiana Sarmizegetuza

   The enclosure contains ruins from an ancient roman settlement including a forum, temples, markets and other buildings. The entire site is bigger than it seems initially and you should take at least an hour to visit. Mostly only the outlines of the structures walls remain and some parts of the columns, however they help give a good picture about the scope of the place.
